1. Scope
Applies to all Customers and Users of the Services.
2. Permitted Use
- B2B outreach to business contacts
- Promoting legitimate products and services
- Sales prospecting and lead generation
- Market research
- Use consistent with applicable law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
3. Prohibited Content
- Illegal or promoting illegal activities
- Defamatory, obscene, or harassing
- IP-infringing material
- Malware or malicious code
- Deceptive or fraudulent content
- Hate speech or discrimination
4. Prohibited Activities
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messages to persons who have not opted in where required by law
- False or misleading sender information
- Data harvesting in violation of platform terms
- Violating anti-spam laws
- Contacting persons who have opted out
- Targeting consumers (B2C) without proper legal basis
- Sharing account credentials
- Reverse engineering or copying the platform
- Circumventing security measures or rate limits
- Building competing products using the Services
- Reselling or redistributing the Services
5. Email Requirements
All outbound email must include:
- Accurate sender identification
- Valid physical postal address
- Functional unsubscribe mechanism
- Accurate subject line (no deceptive subjects)
- Opt-out honored within 10 business days (CAN-SPAM) or immediately (GDPR)
6. LinkedIn and Third-Party Channels
- You are responsible for compliance with each channel's terms
- Your own accounts are used; we facilitate execution
7. Rate Limits
- Fair-use enforcement per Subscription Plan
- API rate limits per documentation
8. Reporting and Enforcement
- Report violations: security@exploromedia.com
- Consequences: warning, suspension, termination, legal action, reporting to authorities
- Severe violations may result in immediate suspension without notice
